Hi again to everyone. Today was quite interesting and definitely another great workout!

I have to thank my sister for doing well with this workout and my time, because she definitely had speed, so I had to keep up with her throughout our 8 laps. Coincidently, we both had the same time for our fastest and slowest time.

Jackie/Jenny: Fastest= 1:30
Slowest= 1:43

Also our dad, Art, did the same workout. Definitely showed a great improvement. We are proud of him. From jogging to running, a great progression. Congrats Dad!
