I went for a 5 set max today. The most weight I lifted was 55kg

My 5 rep max was 35 kilos. I am still working on my lifting technique but this sh*t is great fun!! Looking forward to Kelly tomorrow.
5 x 5 worked up to max 53 kg
max weight 65kg, failed on the last rep on the 5th set
max 50 kg but only did 2 reps at that weight
