I went for a 5 set max today. The most weight I lifted was 55kg

Check out the "what I think" blog posted by Mike Caviston. He is the director of fitness at the Naval Special Warfare center though he is not a SEAL. I am sensing some animosity towards crossfit in his post. This is the SEAL/SWCC official site for special warfare recruits.

My 5 rep max was 35 kilos. I am still working on my lifting technique but this sh*t is great fun!! Looking forward to Kelly tomorrow.

max weight 65kg, failed on the last rep on the 5th set
