Happy Monday to you all!

Lets start the week off with a great full body WOD!!!

"Ridiculous" thank you Matt - awesome name

10-9-8-7--5-4-3-2-1

Handstand push ups
Pull ups
Turkish get-ups at 20% of body weight

Remember all of these movements are scaled to your level, so don't let the handstand push ups scare you - we have alternate movements (of course) :)

Dan and I did a variation of this WOD tonight:

25 TGU's - 20% BW

then,

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
-HSPU
-pull ups (chest to bar)
-hang squat cleans, 40 kg

finish with,

25 TGU's - 20% BW

22:57 - as rx'd

I hope Dan and I are still friends after that one.

This workout has been dubbed
"Ridiculous!"

My shoulders were so far gone after the first 10 handstand pushups and T-getups that the handstand pushups turned into hold the handstand for 1 second :-p.

All I can say is Ridiculous!
