400m run
Nice explosive hips on the kb swings, solid form on your pull ups, nice form on your GHD sit ups, and a good sprint on each 400m run (don't expect a sprint the entire 400, just be sure to hit one on each run).
For those of you who signed up for the runs and climbs we have coming up, get in touch with me ASAP - we need to finalize all the teams, travel, food etc.

Great WOD today, did it with the 9am class, Mel and Torrey by my side! Thank you guys for a great morning! Sam and Genepm today - awesome job as well!
I think I may have finally started to like 5 round WOD's? maybe if you did 6 or 7 rounds I would love the 5 rounds?? hehehhe
