Let's start the weekend off with a nice double movement metcon.

10x (last time we did this it was 12 times) :) see I take it easy on you guys.

1 min row for meters
1 min push ups for reps

Your score will be the combined total of both movements for the full 20 minutes.

Hey, are you open on Sunday? I would like to get one more good work out in befor heading to Mexico, if you are.
I have a workout in mind that I call,the Full Hill Billy Profile, which is 50 tire flips for time. You know those Hill Billys can flip some tires!

Great suck day! My WOD was:
10 power cleans
8 hang cleans
6 clean & jerk
4 snatch
42.5 kg
I went from 10 to 4 then from 4 to 10 then back down to 4
I think this would have been better with a run in between each movement. Then Alena suggested a row as well!
So next time it will be:
10 power clean
400m run
8 hang clean
400m run
6 clean and jerk
400m run
4 snatch
400m run
4 snatch
500m row
6 clean and jerk
500m row
8 hang clean
500m row
10 power clean

I also did 30 muscle ups @6:10
