Going to do a shorter metcon today - shorter for me :0)

4 movement tabata - total 16 minutes

Burpees
Rowing
Long jumps - or a broad jump if you like
Pull ups

We will perform this in a circuit style - Your score will be your lowest round of all 4 movements combined. Calories on the rower.

YAY - WE LOVE TABATA'S AS MUCH AS WE LOVE ALENA! HaaaaHaaaa!!!!!

I will admit that I put out maybe the weakest effort today in my entire life time history of crossfit, which is actually only 4 months long.
It was disgraceful and I am ashamed.

My score was 33 (Row - 4, Burpee - 9, Broad Jump - 10, Pull-ups - 10)

Love how the tabata's keep you moving from one thing to the next so you don't have an opportunity to wallow in the misery of one movement for too long.

33 I wanted a Red Bull after this WOD, but I couldn't.....stupid paleo.

31 was my low today.

Jay, as Travis said we all have off days, and I am sure your performance was not as bad as you say it was!

Nice job everyone, did the WOD with the 6pm class tonight, we had a great time as always - thanks for the 400m sandbag carry at the end Gene. :)
