Was actually this regions fourth workout in two days - and let me tell you none of them were nice.
30 power cleans 60/42.5kg
450m run (which ever door you run out, pass it and run to the other entry)
30 power snatch 52/34kg
men 6:48

Time was not so stellar (I think it took me a good 6 minutes to get through the snatches.), but I was happy with my form on the snatch movement (for the most part) which is one I'm not too familiar with.
Remember, friends don't let friends snatch alone.

If I would of run faster (like Forrest Gump) I would of beat the snot out of this girls time, but HA I still beat it!
Nice work Alena! How'd the shoulder fare?
Shoulder is ok - first few cleans made it start to sting, adjusted where I was letting the bar hit, and seemed ok. The wide grip on the snatch was fine, but close in on a press or anything like tht not so much. Weird
