woman 9:33 (sometimes these times seem so crazy, but when I check they are good)

I don't know, those times don't look like anything Chandler or Reid couldn't best handily. Maybe by this time next year, you'll all be saying that about me... riiggghhhhht :-P

those times are ridiculous!! it could easily take me 9 min just to do 45 box jumps!

So, first day of "pose running" (Chandler this is HARD) - I kept trying to think of the tempo timer in my head - well we all know my head has a hard time staying on track when it is left to its own devices - so, gotta get me one of those tempo timers. :-) Anyway, not as bad as I was expecting considering I dont think you could of coupled more of my least favorite movements in one WOD. Love OHS, I just wish for shortness when we do them. LOL 10:33 rx'd

thought maybe this one wouldn't be so bad. It seemed simple enough. Definitely don't have the depth yet for OHS that's for sure. 14:?? @ 55lbs OHS

11:37 as rx'd, my right arm went numb from the OHS just like last time I did them, it feels so weird... takes 2 days to go away too.

Ended up rounding out the workout in 17 million minutes or something. Man I "love" the run.

didn't get a free minute to come in today. But I did 21-15-9 of Ring Dips, Handstand Pushups and pushups at the park

My time was 7 something and It was awful I am tore up from that.

WOW, OHS kicked my arse again! Sorry about the wall Alena. Tomorrow or Thursday I'll make a Home Depot :-p. It just flu off that rack :-)

I NEED to work on my shoulder strength!!!!
