Went at noon, but the gym was really busy, so I made up a little workout of Joy. 10 tire flips, 20 sledge hammer hits each arm, 20 pushups. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Don't remember how many rounds I did, but it was a good hot worhout. Also, I warmed up with 1000 meters rows, both incline and decline w/boxes.
Jay, That sounds like it hurts: "20 sledge hammer hits each arm". Heh heh heh :-) It looked pretty tough! Sorry we pretty much had that place jammed full today. But if you want to join in and get the WOD done any day at noon with us, don't be shy!

It was a good excuse to not do another Qualifier WOD.
