Did the FMP today, first time. Let me say that was intense! Can't believe we did 8 miles today on top of the lunges, some squats, pushups and jumping jacks. I think we got done close to three hours. Overall, I was so proud of what we all accomplished. Hurray!!!

Our team never gave up (very inspiring) and the accelerated team were great motivators to us, including the all around positive comments being said throughout the FMP. I'm so glad that I started here because you all motivate me to be better with my health and fitness. This was a great way to end my spring break workouts at Battle Born Crossfit.

To everyone at BBCF, Thank you for everything. I appreciate it all. Until we meet again, take care and see you all soon.

I also did the FMP today. Part of my goals on the Paleo challenge, was to be able to run three miles...but guess what? I ran more or less 8 miles today plus did pushups, squats, jumping jacks, and lunges.

To Alena and everyone, great job and thank you for the support. It feels great to be able to do this workout with my daughter, Jackie.

Of all the running around, I still couldn't find that one easter egg. Haha. Happy Easter everyone!

That a was great Easter Egg WOD!
The yolk in my eggs revealed:
100 push ups
6 rounds of 6 power cleans, 6 squat cleans, 6 clean and jerk.
That was really a lot of fun!

Brock almost fooled us. He brought his own egg with "10 push ups" written on it. Nice try Brock.

After the 9 am WOD, stayed a little longer to do the FMP with the team. Did a total of 5 miles, then had to leave a bit early due to prior obligations. The trail run was great! Congratulations Alena, you just conquered the hill!

Jackie, it was nice to workout with you again. Feel free to stop by anytime when you are back here in Reno.

Art, excellent job! No matter what the obstacle is, you always manage
to push through adversity.

Strong work, everyone! Have a great weekend.

Thank you to everyone today (esp. Art, Jackie & Alena) :) for your inspiration and motivation to push through my first FMP! When first looking at the workout it seemed easy to give up but we broke it down into segments and helped coach one another through it. I am very lucky to have "stumbled" upon Battleborn Crossfit. What a pleasure it is to have motivated and fit people help you reach toward your personal goals! Happy Easter everyone

Great job today everyone! Each time we do an FMP I am amazed at the never quit attitude and the desire to suceed. The FMP looks intimidating and scary but we just do it and laugh about it later. Art and Jackie had cramping issues but they just drank some water, stretched and jumped right back into it. This is what I like to see, they wanted to keep on going "quit" never crossed their minds! The FMP is designed to break you down not just physically but mentally as well. It teaches you that you are much more capable than you lead yourself to believe.

Great job everyone I am both honored and privileged to have found such an awe inspiring group to train with.

Sam, Maggie, Brock and Mel, thank you for sharing your Saturday morning with me and cracking open some ass kicking eggs! Great job everyone!

Thank you to my AMAZING FMP partners today!

I am so proud of everyone, Art, Jackie and Lindesy - way to go on your first and let me say very INTENSE FMP! You guys rocked it like there was no other way, and I am inspired by you all!

Jackie, it was so awesome to have you back in the box this week - thanks for coming and working out with us all at BBCF!!!

Was with Mel for the first 5 miles, then switched over to the "Alpha" team with Chandler - it was an awe inspiring experience as always!
