OK, so even though the weather is a little crappy we are still going to face it today!

CrossFit is to train for the unexpected!!!

200-400 jump ropes (I say 200-400, for the intermediate vs. advanced)
400m row

So, be prepared for a little chill, then a lot of warm up. :0)

I did pool work with Coach Ord today. We treaded water with fins. Then we treaded water with fins carrying a 5 gallon bucket overhead (with some water in it of course)

Good WOD today - glad everyone enjoyed it.

30.00 flat for me - good improvement since the last time I did this I did it with the old 400m run, and I got 33 something. :)

Saw Coach Ord today as well, and what he has to say is enlightning to say the least! Looking forward to further talks and seminars to come from him.

This was a great cardio workout. Thanks for implementing the run. I know my sister would have enjoyed this workout.

Finished at 28:50, but only did the 200 jumpropes.
