SOOORRRRYYYY about the lateness/earliness of the posting. an not wait to get the stupid pc at the gym up and running.

Today, we have a push up routine that should kick our butts! Adam showed me a few of these 1 I had never seen, a few I had never tried.

Push-up fun

25 wall balls
10 meter jumping push ups
25 box jumps
10 meter jumping push ups
25 wall balls
10 meter spider man push ups
25 box jumps
10 meter 1 legged push ups
25 wall balls

Jay glad your back - looking forward to Sunday's Birthday Burpee mile!

Good WOD, next time it we will make it a little longer with both the spider man and one legged being two 10 meters like the jumping - but all in all a great CrossFit WOD!

I messed up on this WOD, next time I will have to do it next to the board so I can read it correctly.

I just noticed there were 2 sets of jumping push ups some how I missed that and only did 1, but I ended up doing a extra set of wall balls so I guess I made it up with that.

Evan did this one tonight with the 6pm class. He sported the vest (smaller one) and used lower box with an 8lb ball. Did great, and made sure I told Jay and Chandler he was on their heels - oh the joys and cockiness of a 13 year old.
