Today is a new spin on tabata - it's kinda like Tabata Something Else (being that it is 4 movements) but not really. Hee Hee
Tabata here we come....
Box jumps 20 inch box
Mountain climbers
Weighted v-twists 20 lb medicine ball or heavier with kettle bells (this would be like a v-up sit up, but with a medicine ball twisting side to side touching the ball to the opposite side, feet of the ground really engaging your stability muscles -core)
Burpees
YEAH - we love Alena and her crazy tabatas

Mine was 62 for my low - 16kg kb for twists.
Deadlifts after max 115kg
This was a lot of fun - I can't walk today :) But it was fun!
