My first thought was, "This should be easier than Fran!". Then I remember how bad it usually is whenever I start a Crossfit sentence with "This should be easier..." We shall see.
Looks pretty brutal to me! I don't know that I can do all the DL's unbroken. And the CTB pull-ups are a LOT more exhausting than just going chin to bar. But hey, who said is was supposed to be easy?!?! :-)
I guess it all depends on what you're good at. I'm much better at thrusters than I am at deadlifting. And thrusters don't kill your forearms and grip. So I can do the pull-ups unbroken in Fran. But not here I suspect :-P I'll find out in a half hour or so...
I really need to get this back thing fixed so I can kill some deadlifts! Anyone know a good chiropractor? I'm kind of apprehensive to go to one since I have heard some horror stories... but it's been about 2 months and it's not really getting better.
Myles, I highly recommend Fisher Family Chiropractic: http://www.fisherfamilychiropractic.com/ They don't do high-velocity adjustments, which is where most horror stories come from. Plus, they are super cool there. If you go, tell them I sent you!
8:10 ... I think, 8:something 100kgs and shitty CTB Pull-Ups
A very intensive WOD! I just can't do deads in a succession very well :-( Awesome job 6pm class! Very exciting to see that white board filling up with names! Keep referring friends and family!!

Tie again. Pucker up butter cup.
Grip & forearms were the limiting factor. Not as much metcon as Fran, but more strength based. Can't compare apples to oranges I guess?
I thought that it was worse than Fran. Different, but worse.
Or, maybe it has just been too long since I have done Fran.
Me and my fatness almost died.
