I was very disappointed to see you took the 7am class! you have always been my FGB partner, I think my performance was not as good, but at least I did not have to do any penalty burpee box jumps !!

I will never work overnight shift and do FGB 3 or 5 rounds again!! those last 2 rounds were miserable.
