Well, the Tabata week did not turn out exactly how I wanted it with 2 new Hero WOD's, but none the less it was a great week of work outs. With the Hero WOD's, we had a hero of the workout - someone who pushed through to the last seconds, never quitting, never stopping, and it was an impressive site to wach, and made my heart swell with pride on both of these days. On Tuesday with "AdamBrown" Brandi was amazing! She pushed through and finished with seconds to spare before the time limit expired, she never complained, she never quit moving! On Thursday we had "Coe" and my hero for that day was Deb - again it was an impressive performance to watch, she put her head down a few times, and may of thought to call it but she didn't. I know that less than 2 months ago these two AMAZING woman would of doubted themselves, and may of not finished the workout - not anymore! Congratulations ladies - you are an inspiration!
