Back into the swing of our Tabata week. YES love them Tabatas, especially the weighted ones like today!

Strength:

Hang cleans
3-3-3-3-3

Push press
3-3-3-3-3

Metcon:

Kettlebell Tabata

Goblet squats
Kettlebell swings
V-twist
Kettlebell 1 arm press (switch arms each round)

Each movement performed for a full Tabata cycle of 4 minutes, with 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Your score will be the lowest completed reps for each movement.
