Who doesn't love my Saturday WOD'S?

This one is a good one, I think I shluld name it "Becasue I had to do a really F'ing HARD FMP today!"

Pull ups
Snatch 42.5/30kg
Wall balls 20/16lbs
Running a 200m between each round of the 4 movements, finishing the workout with
200m run!
