So, Coach Jason said my neurotic nature has been rearing its head the past few weeks, so he went over this weeks workouts and made a few adjustments. :-)

Back squats

Metcon:

12 kb swings 33/24kg
9 kb snatch each arm 32/24 kg
6 ring dips
200m sprint (yes, Jason approved the run)
