Today is week 6 of our 9 week Paleo challenge. YAY!!!

Fight Gone Bad

1 min of each movement with a 1 minute rest between rounds...

Rowing (for calories)
Wall ball - 20 lbs
Sumo dead lift high pull - 35kg
Box jumps - 20 in box
Push press - 35kg

your score is your total number of reps for each round, plus total number of calories on rowing, for your Total Score...

Yeah! I can't make it today either I have 2 papers to write for tommorrow so I will also be doing the work out tomorrow. sorry.
I did part of the oddessy route on verdi, dog valley road hill yesterday. I have to say that hill kicked my ass.

My FGB keeps improving even though while I'm doing it I keep thinking, "Oh I'm not doing so great. I'm going to do worse than last time.".
21KG for sumo and deadlift.
8lb for wall balls.
First FGB: 180
Second FGB: 197
Third FGB: >217 (I can't recall exactly, but it was at least 20 points higher).

So, it's awesome to keep doing this every few weeks so we can see this improvement. Otherwise I wouldn't believe I was doing better. ;-)
