I did part of the oddessy route on verdi, dog valley road hill yesterday. I have to say that hill kicked my ass.
My FGB keeps improving even though while I'm doing it I keep thinking, "Oh I'm not doing so great. I'm going to do worse than last time.".
21KG for sumo and deadlift.
8lb for wall balls.
First FGB: 180
Second FGB: 197
Third FGB: >217 (I can't recall exactly, but it was at least 20 points higher).
So, it's awesome to keep doing this every few weeks so we can see this improvement. Otherwise I wouldn't believe I was doing better. ;-)
