End of the week of Tabata. Ahhhhh sad face :(

Deadlift
5-5-5-3-2-5

Metcon:

Tabata
Deadlifts 50% of your last 5 rep max
Wall balls 20/16lbs
Rowing - 100m per 20 seconds - 5 burpee penalty for every missed 100m.

Score = lowest reps on deads and wallballs, and total number of burpees.
