Seeing as we have the Primal Accelerated Success Seminar coming up on March 26th, I figured we should look at some online success stories from Marks Daily Apple We have a lot of new folks who have been joining BBCF and along with attending WODs regularly, we also suggest following the Paleo Diet since nutrition great affects our overall fitness. He has a ton of extremely helpful articles that really break down the importance of eating paleo (shoot for at least 80% of the time) and the implications of the current standard western diet. If you haven't signed up already, the seminar will be a great crash-course on the Paleo Diet and how living "Primally" can help you achieve fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle.
