Due to a "snow day" off the cuff workout was made up. I love and hate these days, love em because I make up done kick ass workouts, hate them because my programming is shot.

Strength:

Back squats
5-5-5-3-2-5

Metcon:

AMRAP 12 minutes (thanks for the help Steve)

10 snatch 42.5/30kg
15 SDHP 42.5/30kg
5 pull ups

Short, sweet, intense!!! YES!!!

This WOD was hard! SDHP's wreaked havoc on the lower back from round 2 on. Good times everyone. I'm enjoying meeting all of the new folks that have been coming in!
