In line with yesterday, we have another puck your own weight workout. As always, this us not a sandbag your coach or you workout. If you rip off 30 unbroken reps, your a sandbagger.

With your snatches what weight would you recommend?
Keeping in mind that intensity is relative to the individual. What would be an ideal starting weight for men and women, elite and novice athlete?
