Strength:
Back squats
5x10 @ 50% of max FOUND last week
Then
Front rack lunges - barbel or KB
3x 10 each side
Metcon:
5 x 3 minute AMRAP
30 mountain climbers
20 double unders
10 burps
1 minute rest between
