Sunday Update!

Hope all you BBCFers are having a great weekend. Beautiful weather outside, great Saturday WOD and if you missed this morning's, come in today at 4 pm!

Snack of the Day from Crossfit Mississauga (crossfitmississauga.com) 
COCONUT FRUIT SMOOTHIE
1/2 can (200mls) organic unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1-2 tablespoons organic raw almond butter
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.  Adjust quantities of coconut milk and frozen fruit to your preferred thickness

Battling ropes look a little gimmicky to me... Someone whose tried it - did you get a good workout from it? Sleds may be fun, but I just saw a video with a guy who just tied a tire to his waste and threw some weights in there, that's got to be cheaper. I think we have enough medicine balls (unless night guys are running out) People seem to be buying there own jump ropes. More rings may be nice so we can set up for ring push ups again. That's my two sense on the subject, take it or leave it. :-)
