200m overhead walking lunges 20/10kg
At every cone you will find a movement to be completed
After the first round you will complete
7 rounds of
1 min wall ball moving down the line of balls
Then
1 minute of plate push ups
After the 7 rounds or 14 minutes is up, you complete the second round of overhead lunges.
