Olympic lifts

Strength:

Bench press

5-5-5-5-5

Metcon:

3x

15 hang cleans 60/40kg
12 deadlifts
9 front squats
6 push jerk

This workout weight will be determined by your front squat guys.

Also, I rewrote this WOD at least 5 times before deciding on this as the final, and I gotta say it was perfect!!!

Note: BRING SOCKS, LONG PANTS, SHIN GUARDS, I don't know, but be prepared!
