Warm up:

As a GROUP

400m run
then
2x
1 minute partner shoulder stretch (each partner)
1 minute partner back stretch (each partner)
1 minute lunge stretch each side

Skill:

10 minutes pistol squats - add some weight peeps

Strength:

Strict Press
12-10-8 warm up

8-8-8-8 at 70% super set with
30-45 second handstand hold

Metcon:

10 min AMRAP

5 pull ups
10 ring dips
15 plyo push ups
