Been a pretty diverse week so far, so we are going to keep up that style.

Showed up today, bypassed the WOD, worked out my pecks a little bit. You know, flexed my buttocks a couple of times. I could not find a full length mirror so I left.

Actually I just did a really easy work out because I have a jiu Jitsu tournament on Saturday, and my wrist is pretty sore from the bike crash yesterday.

22:04 was my time today. I huffed and puffed, got booty lock and still watch Chandler in disbelief - I think he can actually hoover above the ground at a quicker pace to get threw those 800's so fast! Nice job today to Sam and Rick - who like myself could not hoover in the 10am class.

Oh and yes Jay, I will get a mirror just for you and the flexing of the biceps! :-)
