This is a WOD that our fearless soon to be Navy Seal Chandler came up with one day on a "suck day".... YAY Chandler!

Kind of thought that Chandler would have shown up for his own WOD. Where are you man!
Anyway, I don't remember my time, but it was fun. Travis and Dave made me run a little harder than I probably wanted to. Thanks for that guys.

well I have a mild case of Rhabdo. I had this horrible pain in my abs from Michael. I thought it was nothing and then it kept coming back. It hit me really hard after the legacy climb. I went to the doc today and he did some X-rays and did some blood work to check my CPK levels. He is going to call me tonight when he gets the results hopefully it's not too bad. He also said he's afraid it might be combined with compartment syndrome so he gave me some prilosec to get rid of the acid buildup. He said not to work out for the next 3 days at least.

Chandler - what the heck!!!

Are you ok? Oh no!!!! I just thought you were on rest days. :(

WOD today was 35kg (was unsure of the 42.5kg snatch - should of done it!) 19:something.

Good WOD if I do say so myself! Thanks Chandler!

Chandler you need to take care of you! We all know you're a machine. You have nothing to prove to anyone. Please get the diagnosis then decide wether or not to continue to train. Listen to the body!!
