Tabata Something Else
Pull ups
Push ups
Squats
Sit ups
Each functional movement is performed in tabata style of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 4 minutes, then move on to the next functional movement.
Your score is your total number of reps.

I think I must of got at least 6 1/2 trillion then. I lost count, so i know Jay got me on pull ups. :-)

Had a full epic on the mountain bike at 5:15am this morning! On the canal trail, hauling balls, got cut off by one of my dogs, went off the trail (on the canal side), clipped in, over the bars, into the canal, still clipped in, on my back, fully under water. By the time I got back to my truck my hands were so swollen from the cold that I could barely use my keys to open the door. Not how you want to start your day! It took a perfectly timed series of events to create that little gem of epic failure.
