Today we have a strength like day :) Ha we all know what it means when I say something like that.

Dumbbell Complex - version 2.0

AMRAP in 20 mins (reps not rounds)

Dumbbell plank right arm row
Dumbbell plank left arm row
Dumbbell push up
Dumbbell deadlift
Dumbbell thruster

See strength day!

I thought this was fun. My hands are sore though those grips on the "round" dumbells got me. I need to develop my Crossfit callouses ;-)

GOod job guys - used 30lb dumbbells and 16kg kettlebells. Ohhhhh those callouses will come.
