Main site WOD of the week is a good one! Looking forward to this one, have never done it so YAY!

800m run
30 kettlebell swings 32kg (holy heavy)
30 pull ups

This will be my last WOD for the week, just light runs or rows until the Odyssey this weekend! WOOOOOOHOOOOO!

Didn't want to anihilate myself before the RTO so I wussed out a bit.

Did a scaled back version...ran 800m 4x and then 15 pullups/kettle ball swings about 3.5x. I'm on week 3 now and loving it :-)
