I saw this WOD posted and thought, "I like this! I'll add two rounds, and use 60 kg for squat cleans."

A miserable 18:15 later, I'm thinking, "I don't like this."

Definitely a "high-gravity" day. Don't know if I had 100% to give, but I gave 100% of whatever I had.

As a CrossFitter, you learn to appreciate, and even welcome, days like today. By no means a great performance, but I pushed myself to the limit, physically and mentally. That, I think, pays dividends.

Great day I learned soooo much in just one day! We did a ton of drills

The WOD we did here was
Run 200m
40 burpees
Run 400m
30 burpees
Run 600m
20 burpees
Run 800m
10 burpees
My time was 12:26 I think. Finished first and someone yelled "No one can be that fast"

How was the FMP?

Don't give Alena any ideas that include burpees!!!!hahaha

I thought today looked easy and halfway through I wanted to die!! much harder than it looks for sure.
