Following the format for the week, we have a hero WOD....

"Griff"

3x
Run 800m forwards
Run 400m backwards

As many of you made the comments today, "I can't even run forward, let alone backwards." To that I say "Bring your helmet, we are all going to look funny!" HAHA

The WOD sounds fun! Bummer I have to miss it because of test :-(

Alena, did you get Excel installed? If not no worries, I just would like feed back on if the stopwatch works :-p. I'm also already editing the program making it a little more organized :-p. Also starting to make it semi perdy.

I felt so much better running POSE. During the WOD I switched from POSE and my old heel strike style to see the difference. POSE is far superior I felt clunky, slow and inefficient with the heel strike.

I have decided that I run faster, and my strides are longer when I can't see where I am going. Go figure!!!

Really Chandler - slow and pokey??? OK, for all of you who have not got to witness Chandler or Dave run for that matter, they both lapped me while I was running backwards. HEE HEE!

Oh yeah, we had a new CrossFitter today, his name is Aaron, and he did a great job on his first ever WOD!

Chandler slow and clunky??? I never witnessed that

and I thought I would finally be able to pass Dave or Chandler while they were running backwards, nope they even lapped me while they were running backwards!!!!

No running today. I did swim 1600 meters, plus swimming sprints. It was good to get in the pool.

Sorry I didn't make it today.I couldn't pass up the nice weather to hang with the ponies! You will be glad to hear that Mom and I jogged/walked a 5k (or at least REALLY close to) on the trail by Mom's house. I didn't think to time it but we guesstimated it at about 35 minutes....

Better than nothing right? =)
