We have the stair climb today at the Silver Legacy at 11:00am. So, come out and support the BBCF team - Mel, Chandler, Matt, Sam, Art, Cory, Jason, Evan, and me. :0)
OK, so we have a 4:00pm class today - it will be a good day for a "Suck" day.
Make-up a WOD from earlier in the week, work on skill work, or make something up FUN to do.
