250 m row (this is a print)
or
200 m sprint (if all the rowers are taken)
21 sumo dead lift high pulls 42.5kg
15 kettlebell swings 24kg

I think this one is going to be good!

Had a full epic on the mountain bike at 5:15am this morning! On the canal trail, hauling balls, got cut off by one of my dogs, went off the trail (on the canal side), clipped in, over the bars, into the canal, still clipped in, on my back, fully under water. By the time I got back to my truck my hands were so swollen from the cold that I could barely use my keys to open the door. Not how you want to start your day! It took a perfectly timed series of events to create that little gem of epic failure.

Holy cow Jay, are you ok? By the time you were fully emerged had you finally clipped out of the bike? I hope so! Ok, that is an ok reason to not be at class today. Hope your better for tomorrow!

Nicely done Jay, and I thought I had it rough :-p.

Just a little update, I'm doing well and I can almost see clearly again! The eye looks worse then a punching bag after 20 years of use, but still holding strong :-p. If ya'll care my vision yesterday was 21/50 :-(.

Anywhoo, hopefully Saturday I shall be back!

That mud really screws up your eyes! My right eye was swollen and only opened half way. Who knew mud could hurt so bad!

Jay that was a terrible but really entertaining story!

Completed 6 rounds - was totally stoked on myself. Decided when I saw Mel and Chandler walk in I was going to cut their times to like 15 minutes to ensure they did not break my board winning 6 - well, I let em go and look what happened! Awesome job to everyone on an awesome WOD!

I literally staied in CrossFit position for 10 minutes after this one!
