Phew - my legs are toasted! I thought this would be a decent "recovery" WOD from the last few days of legs - huh really, how silly of me! :-) Mine was a horrible 20 mins and something.

Struggled through today. Went for a 7 mile run at lunch today & figured I'd have enough gas in the tank for Crossfit at 4:00. I am spent.

This was no decent recovery in this WOD! I could have told you that. The name Alena definitely does not easy or decent in any way shape or form! But I survived. Great job everyone !! I looked up your name it means "The Tower" in Hebrew. I think that says it all, don't you?

I'll go ahead and add my name to the list for getting my butt kicked... I was toast. Well, I was toast, but really I suck at pull-ups (even jumping ones!) and push-ups. Thanks Dan & Scott for running with me for the last 250!
