Mid week, arms are dead, upper body hurts, so let's see what I can add to finish you off. Remember, I did NOT program Monday.

Strength:

Back squats
5-5-5-3-2-5

Metcon:

10x
10 ring push ups
10 power cleans 50/30kg
10 knees to elbows
