Monday 2, March 2009 - 1st day of Paleo Challenge

First of all, thank you to everyone who is doing the Paleo challenge. I am so proud of all of you and so excited we are all on board for health and fitness!

"Fight Gone Bad"

Each round is 5 minutes long with a 1 min rest between rounds. The rounds consist of 5 movements we perform for 1 min each. Score is the total number of reps/calories for all 3 rounds.

Row - for calories
Wall ball - 20 lbs
Sumo dead lift high pull - 35 kg
Box jumps - 20 in box
Push Press - 35 kg

We will all be REAL familiar with this workout by the end of our 90 days. :-)

267 today - 30 kg on sumo dead lift high puls, and push press. Really should try womens weight to see if I get 567 like Tomasz. :-)

Oh yeah and Jason ripped his underwear in half, then got em caught in the rower - that might of slowed my reps down too. HAHA

Ok, Chandler I will take box jumping lessons from you, but the creepy massage guy????

Awesome job everyone!

Excellent work, everyone!

Tomasz, that was a very impressive FGB total (567). Great job!

235 with 15kg on both sumo deads and push press and the 12 wall ball - we'll shoot for more weight next time around :) Great job to: Art, Flor, Blanca, Harold, Matt, Lynn, Mel, Mike, Cole, Scott, and JB!

Also - thank you Jason for the comic underpants relief :-)

180 with 21kg for Sumo and Push/Press and 8lb for wallballs. That was a rough workout. I think the box jumps are the most mentally challenging for me. I never feel like I'm going to make it up there. I did like using the tire instead of the box....that way if I caught my toes I wouldn't bang my shin so badly. It gave me a lot more confidence. :)
