So, always adds up to 21.... Start with 20 of either pull ups or squats, and 1 of the other movement. Work your way down the ladder until you end up with 20 of the second movement, and 1 of the first movement.

And as usual Jay you did a great job working on the Beach Body!
I am not going to lie; I wore gloves today so that my freshly healed hands would not end up looking like Alena’s.
Next I will start wearing body builder spandex. Watch out ladies!

tough workout...finished it though (19:54) and was still able to wipe my pit sweat on Jason's head! Yeah baby!
Maggie's sweat wipe was the coolest thing ever! cooler than jay in spandex even :)
I traded out pull ups for push ups and finished this butt whooping in 18:50 - and holy crap does my leg hurt today!
