Well, I had a fun running WOD planned for today, but I guess it is a good thing I write in pencil in my CrossFit planner huh? :-) Silly rain!!!!

So, back to the basics today

"Barbara"

5 rounds with a 3 min rest between each round of

20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats

Oh, the burn and fun of pure body weight exercises!

Either Chandler was really fast or I was really slow. My head is pounding so hard right now that I can not figure it out.

I need a hug.

This was one nasty WOD! I felt pain in every part of my body. The head rush from this WOD is crazy I probably could have gotten a DUI on the way home for being under the influence of crossfit!

I am not sure that a creepy man hug is what I needed.
Seriously though, that WOD was crazy. It reminded me what I am good at, and it reminded me what I really need to work on.
I am looking forward to doing it again and beating my time from today. And yes, then crying about how bad it hurt, again.

Thats was brutal, 5 rounds? Was that a typo?

Barbara screwed up a nice ski day. After the workout I popped up to Rose to meet some buddies for some skiing. After thrashing around, my buddy asked why I wasnt my usual shredding self. I just said F-ing Barbara. Dont think he understood but I think you may.

WOW - that WOD was brutal!!! Jay, sorry I missed your hug time this morning. Jason said that workout was stupid - that's cuz he got beat by a girl. HAHA

So really, my time was 31 something, my pull ups were a bit on the rough side today, need to start working on them more (again)!
