Feeling the leg burn after today's WOD? Feels great doesn't it? Having to hold on the handrails as you walk down stairs because your legs feel like jello?

I didn't get to finish the last
800M and the 10 squats cause I had to run out and get my kids...putting my foot on the brake was making my leg go CRAZY...ugh!! And I rowed...not ran...my cardio is NO BUENO! Gonna keep my ass in the gym so I can be a rockstar!
