No strength today we have a kick ass workout for not only Halloween, but Lise birthday!!!

31 back squats 60/40kg
1 mile run (after completion of 2 rounds)
5x
10 deck squats AHAP
31 push ups
10 kettlebell swings AHAP
31 situps
