40 sit ups
50 squats

3:00 rest between rounds.

HOLY CRAP. I wish I could post the gory details of the workout, but all I remember is the 3-2-1 go and after a total of 47 minutes later I was done. Totally done. Thankfully tomorrow is a rest day. Hope to see you all at the Reno Santa Crawl. I will be the one dressed in a red santa suit.

Ok, so it sucks in class, but sucks so much worse when you are by yourself. Missed all the grunts and sweat boys. Oh yeah, used the green band. Getting there on those kipping pull ups - is it kipping with a band?

Can't remember my times, (averaged about 5 minutes per, I guess) but I do remember thinking that I should have been going a lot faster than I was. I guess thats what it means to be out of shape. I am looking forward to how I will feel a month from now.

Range was 6:22 to 7:04. It was horrible in between...
