"12 Days of CrossFit"

1 clean and jerk - 60 kg
2 tire flips
3 second handstand hold
4 box jumps
5 burpees
6 wall ball
7 kettlebell swings
8 air squats
9 push ups
10 abmat sit-ups
11 pull-ups
12 lunges (each leg)

Workout follows the same format as the song: 1 clean and jerk, then 2 tire flips and 1 clean and jerk, then 3 second handstand hold followed by 2 tire flips and 1 clean and jerk, etc...

YES! That was a great Christmas workout. Started everyone at minute intervals, had 13 people today and it worked out amazing! MERRY CHRISTMAS to all!

Totally agree. Dad, sister, & I had fun doing this workout. We enjoyed it & I think we were even humming the tune to 12 days of Christmas...LOL!!! Everyone did awesome! Nice to see people in the Christmas spirit. Have a safe and Happy Christmas. See you all soon.
