Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

Cert.was great! Robb Wolf is very knowledgeable and passionate about his field of specialty.
This solidified my understanding of sound nutrition in relation to performance and most importantly quality of life and longevity.

Evan and I did the workout after class. Evan did 30ish lbs with one foul - he lied. :0) I got 40kg with one foul - thanks for the bear complex resting position Drew.

The certification on Saturday was so amazing, I am so thrilled to start a new way of eating for life. The boys, not so excited.
