7 rounds for time of:

10 burpees
25' 1 arm db overhead walking lunge - 25% BW

Alternate arms each round.

One more week and I can finally return to training as long as the doc says I'm good to go. Its been extremely hard not to train. I have so much free time I dont know what to do with it all because most of my time was spent training. Next wednesday will be a full month that I've sat out this is the longest peroid I've sat out from training in a long time and its been terrible. This website makes it even worse becasue I can see everyone else training and improving while I'm sitting on the bench. But sometimes its harder to stop training than it is to try to push through it.

Killer workout this morning!!! Didn't think lunging with a dumbbell above your head and doing burpees would get you quite exhausted. But we made it. My sister literally was shaking when she finshed. Thank you for another great workout Drew.

FYI, Jenny (my sister) will be joining me for CF sessions til my last day, so get ready for an extra person.

Anyway, you all will enjoy it. So have fun 600p class. Till then take care everyone & drive safe.
